These Official Rules govern the Christian Success Empowerment Movement (“CSEM”) Premier Subscriber Monthly Drawing (“Drawing”). By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of CSEM, which shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
1. Eligibility
The Drawing is open only to individuals who:
Are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia;
Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
Meet the applicable CSEM membership/entry requirements at the time of the Drawing; and
Are otherwise eligible under these Official Rules.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of CSEM, as well as members of their immediate households, may be excluded from participation as determined by CSEM and applicable law.
2. Premier Subscriber Participation
CSEM Premier Subscribers who have an active Premier Subscription and remain in good standing during the applicable monthly Drawing period may be eligible for entry into the monthly Drawing, subject to these Official Rules.
A Premier Subscriber must maintain accurate membership and contact information so CSEM can contact the individual if selected as a potential winner.
3. No Purchase Necessary / Alternative Method of Entry
No purchase or paid subscription is necessary to enter or win.
To comply with applicable sweepstakes laws, CSEM will provide an Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) that allows eligible individuals to participate without purchasing a Premier Subscription.
The specific AMOE instructions, entry deadlines, required information, and submission method will be published with each Drawing or on the official CSEM Drawing webpage.
An eligible AMOE entry will receive the same opportunity to win as an eligible paid-subscriber entry. Purchasing a Premier Subscription will not increase an entrant's odds of winning.
4. Monthly Drawing and Prizes
CSEM intends to conduct a Premier Subscriber Drawing each month during the promotion period.
Up to five (5) eligible participants may be selected to receive a prize of $1,000 each.
The maximum total prize amount for a monthly Drawing in which five winners are selected would therefore be:
$5,000
The actual number of prizes offered for a particular monthly Drawing will be identified in the applicable Drawing announcement and may be fewer than five.
Prizes are non-transferable except at CSEM's discretion.
Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving a prize.
Where required by law, winners may be required to provide appropriate tax information before receiving their prize.

Potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received for the applicable monthly Drawing.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
